P.J. Javaheri

Mr. Javaheri received a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, and a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of California at Irvine. He received a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005, where he was a member of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal and co-founder and executive managing editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. R. SCOTT JOHNSON
R. Scott Johnson, was born in Sonora, California, on May 11, 1952. Scott was admitted to the bar in 1979. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College (A.B. cum laude, 1974); He received his law degree from University Southern California (J.D., 1978). He was an Adjunct Professor of Tort Law at Chapman University School of Law. Mr. Johnson is an experienced personal injury and employment trial attorney having successfully tried over 70 jury cases to verdict throughout Southern California. Mr. Johnson is Of Counsel to ThruLaw, P.C. and handles the firm's litigation practice through trial.
Miguel Lozano
Miguel "Mike" Lozano is the law clerk for ThruLaw and is involved in every aspect of a personal injury case, from client intakes and consultations to handling personal injury lawsuits, scheduling depositions and preparing for trials and arbitrations. He also assists with obtaining accident reports, photographs, medical records and reports and works closely with the attorneys and clients in preparing discovery. With 8 years of experience in the personal injury legal field, Mr. Lozano possesses the knowledge and skills required to assist with the daily management of the firm's personal injury files. He has assisted with many multi-million dollar case trials and settlements. Mr. Lozano is also extensively involved in the drafting of pleadings and motions, case management, and client communication regarding the status of their cases. Mr. Lozano is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jay Scull is the legal assistant and office manager for Thrulaw and is responsible for the day-to-day efficient operation of the law firm.
